Question on the national

Do collectors and attendees do much trading and selling amongst themselves or is this frowned upon by the dealers who have made the thousand dollar + investments in tables.

Last year I had several friends who went to Baltimore just to trade. Dealers all over the hall appeared to be trading with customers and buying collections etc.
