venting - got my membership. Took 10 days to receive the materials. Post office confirms PSA received package on 6th. No info on site until finally marked "received" on 9th. Considering that CC voucher submissions are supposed to be 7 day service, isn't this pretty poor cust service or just plain fudging to truth? Doesn't seem right to me.
