How long do you wait before offering a 2nd chance offer on Ebay?

I sold a PSA 4, Gretzky rookie last Tuesday night to a low feedback buyer. I have not heard a word from them since although I have sent out 2 emails. Can I offer to 2nd bidder or is there a protocol i have to follow?
