Help With Up Load

For some reason I can't get a "Preview Message" screen nor can I get any of my pictures from Photobucket to up load. I have a new computor windows 8. It seems that the PCGS Message write screen and my computor are not on the same page. I cant even preview this message but I can post it. The preview message screen comes up blank.
Any ideas ? Thanks Jim

No one is able to use the preview screen currently. It's a dinosaur software issue for the host. Your photobucket image codes should copy and paste directly in to a message text box here.

With PB's new image edit software, you can no longer right click images in your library/album to copy image properties. Currently have to copy from the drop down menu of image links on right side of image page.

Hi Jim, saw your link in test mode. I believe you have to copy and paste the IMG Code, the one on the bottom of the photobucket drop down.

It looks like you copied the email or direct link instead. Your paste should start with
