1980 Topps Baseball experts, do I have a variation?

I was putting 1980 set into binder from group rips and came across the 180 anomaly. The scan may make for an ambiguous case, but in person it is clear that Cromartie is card 130 and 180. Any insight?

The ink was just a little light in that particular spot.

The 1975-76 Topps basketball cards are even worse than this. You can't read the card number on about 1 in every 5 cards.

Its just a fish eye appearing over the 180. No variation.

Was that Uecker mask from Mr. Belvedere?

Mask was a giveaway at Milwaukees spring training park in 1986.
