I stopped by an IRS service center yesterday to pick up an instruction manual, and they will not be ready until Feb. 15th!

At least that's what the guard told me. Two weeks ago he told me they would be ready Feb. 1!

All the forms, instruction manuals, and associated publications are available on the irs.gov web site. I prefer the paper manuals and instruction books since they are easier for me to use. You know what they say about old dogs and new tricks.image

I print out the forms as needed, but I'm not going to print out that manual!

Why do you need to print out the manual? Can't you just use the manual on your computer? I do agree that a paper manual is easier to use though.
