"Tall Boy" Packs and PSA

Since they do not seem to be on the verge of grading these, how would you handle vintage wax packs that you have owned for years and want to assess the value of?

I am happy, in a way, that they do not grade them, because having them slabbed would make them way more "liquid" and thus, easier for me to sell on a whim.

Also, how would a pack grade that has noticeable gum bleed through?
I am buying and trading for RC's of Wilt Chamberlain, George Mikan, Bill Russell, Oscar Robertson, Jerry West, and Bob Cousy!

Well there aren't too many tall boy pack issues out there. For the 70's basketball packs you can roughly take the BBCE or ebay box prices and divide by the number of packs available to get a rough idea.
