Fantasy Baseball League seeking owners

Starting up a new Dynasty (Keeper) League and looking for a few owners that are willing to commit to the league. This will be a league that will continue from year to year with each owner allowed to KEEP 7 players going into the next season's draft. Please PM me if you are interested. PLEASE, only owners that will be serious and active.
Here are some of the specifics:
* AL/NL (and Minor League) Draft Pool
* 12 teams - 3 divisions of 4 teams each
* 6 x 6 head to head weekly (R, HR, RBI, AVG, SB, OBP and W, ERA, WHIP, K's, Save, Holds)
* Standard positions (C, 1B, 2B, SS, 3B, 3 OF, UT, 4 SP, 3 RP, 1 P)
* 5 bench slots
* 2 minor league only slots (for minor league prospects only)
* Standard waivers (24 hour rule)
* Keeper league (7 keepers per season)
* Fee $100.00 plus $12.50 for first season (following seasons should be funded by transaction pool)
* Playoffs: Division winners and wild card
* Transaction fees ($5 per add, $2 per trade + $1 per player)
* Payouts:
- Division winners: $100
- Wild Card: $50
- World Series winner: $500
- Runner up: $250
- 3rd place: $100
- Best regular season record: Transaction pool balance - $150.00 (to fund following season's league fee)
League will be on CBSSports and will be an annual league with keepers.
Committing to the league will involve setting lineups weekly and being involved for this season and upcoming seasons.

It is actually a hybrid of sorts. But to each their own.
Just that weekly head to head allows a little more parity and a chance to come back and avoids some owners that will punt a category. A strong 11-1 week can put an owner back in the mix while a standard seasonal scoring league causes some owners to lose interest very early.
A monster team will still be a winning team and a weak team will still be a weak team. The head to head aspect allows for a more balanced scoring. Adding the Holds and OBP adds a little more value to players and makes the rosters a little more competitive. With OBP, Adam Dunn isn't just a one-trick pony.
