Help with Scanning a Topps Chrome Refractor Card

Does anybody have any tips for scanning a Topps Chrome Refractor Card. I am using the Epson V300 Scanner. It is so reflective it's hard to get a good image scan.

You're out of luck with that scanner for the chrome shiny modern cards

  • I was afraid of that.
  • maybe try to scan it horizontally?

Post a scan of what the cards are looking like when you scan them.

YUP ... I LOVE that scanner, but it's a no go with the modern shiny stuff!
