Anyone else have this paypal experience??

I won my mj case and received a refund from ebay buyer protection on February 2nd. It shows that I received the refund but it is being temporarily held by paypal. The purchase was paid via pay after delivery (they took out the money on the 2nd). Has anyone had a refund held from paypal and if so how long was it held for?

IS it being held or being transferred from a bank? If its a transfer, then its will take a week. If its being held, then thats a different story. Sometimes if the funds are not directly in the sellers account, then they need to draw it from their bank which takes about a week.

this is where it gets cloudy, the payment was a pay after delivery which means they took it out of my bank account 14 days after I paid for it. My bank account shows that was completed on the 2nd. The refund was from ebay buyer protection so I don't think the seller had the funds in his account (he sent me an email saying why I opened an dispute and blah blah blah and complained about his account being in the red) from what I've heard it takes 3-5 days so hopefully I get the funds Friday.

Might want to call them... I had an issue with them a couple days ago where they resubmitted a charge of over $1000 (I pay my house payment via paypal) after I had sent it on 1/14. Nothing was pending it just came out. They apologized profusely and immediately redeposited the funds to me. They said they have been having issues for the last several days.
