2012 National Treasures vs Topps Five Star

I looked at the presell sheet and I think Five Star is the better buy this year. There is one more auto per box and I like the design better. The NT cards look too plain for such a high dollar product.
My only concern is quality control. The QC for 2011 Five Star FB was horrible, with many smudged autos and corner/edge wear. I may sit out the presell and see how the box breaks look. I don't expect a pop in either product since the rookies are done and RG3 maybe out next year.
