WTB: 1904-S $5 AND 1900-S $10 (finder's fee available)

Hello, forumites.
I am looking to purchase a 1904-S $5 in PCGS 62-63. CAC is a plus. + is (obviously) a plus. NGC coins considered but discouraged.
Seriously, I would consider NGC, ANACS and raw coins but none of those "worse than raw" off-brand slabs.
I am also looking to add a 1900-S $10 in AU-58 to MS-63, again preferably PCGS, but all plastic and no plastic considered.
"You mentioned a finder's fee. What's that about?"
Here is the fee schedule (for PCGS-graded coins) for helping me to locate a coin that I purchase. Knock $25 each for others:
1904-S $5: $75
1900-S $10: $100
PM if you can help.
PS I check Heritage, ebay, Collectors Corner, DLRC, Park Ave, NFC, and the usual places already.

They are either high starting bids, high reserves, or BIN, all overpriced. I think there were examples in the Rumsey
auction last year, but raw.
There are some now on Ebay.

It depends on the coin.
For the record, I have secured one of each but am looking for more.

With a PCGS pop of 9 it's no wonder they are scarce.
Yes, I know about the ebay coins and those on the Park Ave websites and visit all the usual places.
