Need opinions on this PSA 9 Yount RC

Does something just not seem right with the label? Or am I overly worried cause the seller has 0 feedback? Won't pay his asking price but hopefully a lower offer price for my 75 Topps set registry.

I would pass not centered enough for me and the bottom has chipping.

surprised at the 9 actually - must have a pristine surface and a perfect back - the centering is even of L/R!!!!

i might sub my rough cut 9 for review after seeing that specimen
not worth 300 over market!!!

Looks a little too o/c to me. Nice color/corners/edges though.

I would pass due to the bottom edge and centering. But then again, who cares, the slab says a 9, so the points count the same. Buy it!

I also wouldn't spend $850 without a back scan. $10-$20, not much of a problem, but $850 - give me a scan.

He undoubtedly pulled that Yount from one of the header cells he's not selling as Yount is only found there in the first place..

The holder is suspect to me in quite a few places. You can't even see the bottom portion as he has cropped it to hide possible tampering. If someone is going to spend that kind of money you want to remove any doubt in their mind that it is not 100% legit.
