Cuban 40c PCGS MS 65

Can anyone provide the population for this piece and how difficult these are to acquire in high grade?

Thanks in advance.

9 have been graded at PCGS- 2 IN 64 AND 2 IN 65- none higher. Rarity? Cuba can be all over the map in terms of value.
