My search for Brucemo accidentally resulted in an "Alt" that really surprised me!

I went back to 2004 hoping that Brucemo may have posted some info on experimenting with PSA holders and came across a name I hadn't thought about in some time.
When I first came to CU - I befriended a person with the ID of Bearsnum34 - from El Paso. Unfortunately I scrubbed my old PMs but we talked from time to time.
Bearsnum34 collected 55Ts and posted often on it - Bears sent me a 55T "Stone" as a gesture of friendship which I very much enjoyed. Bears even told me we could meet up and maybe hit a show when they get to San Antonio - I thought that was a nice idea. This is where my memory goes blank - I could've sworn it was a "he" who referenced his wife. So - again - I wish I had those PMs!
So - here's the thread that I saw near a Brucemo response.

And - when I saw it - I was thinking this person lived in my state so I opened their bio and... Well, jaw dropped!

Felicia was the last person I would've ever expected to have an Alt!
Tho - now - I wonder - was "He" posing as a She?" Or was "She" posing as a "He?"

Interesting about Felicia though, more proof that things probably weren't what they seemed.

Good show Maurice!
I'm guessing "dead" webs are archived? Cool!
<< <i>Mike, did you ever see The Crying Game? >>
Hiya Anthony
If you're talking to me?
No.
<< <i>I dont get it..?? >>
handy - you've been here longer than I - so I'm confused and I conversed with Felicia as Bearsnum34 and not sure I remember that I was talking to a female?
As I said - I recollect at one point there was a reference about budget on the 55T set and something about "my wife?"
This is one we'll probably never figure since she's long gone.
Just to be clear - I brought this up because I was intrigued and in no way am I attempting to disparage her. I liked Felicia - especially when we conversed when I first came here and was just getting to know people.
I was thinking - also - the board has changed - and many people here were not present during this tenure and could probably care less.
But, for those who were? This is a mystery of sorts.
Anyone else notice that there are way too many people posing as women playing guys who want people to think that they are women who know guys pretending to be someone who they aren't? And isn't there always someone who says that they have met the woman who is being played by a man pretending to be a woman and insists that the woman is real and not the man that others think that they are?
I think I need to think about this one a little more. I might have to soak on this for a bit...

Everything is more lucid after a sixer of Bud Scott.
Or, when it comes to baseball/cards, should it be Catfish Hunter?
Kristine beat me by almost 2 hours.

Welcome to the modern world, it brings out the weirdo in all of us.
Successful card BST transactions with cbcnow, brogurt, gstarling, Bravesfan 007, and rajah 424.
A few weeks later I noticed those PMs were gone in my messages folder. I assume Carol was asked to delete them for some reason.

Not sure why you're surprised Mike. It's almost certain that Felicia and Scott were using the forum to launder money stolen from investors. Scott's doing 6 years right now, and Felicia went free probably for lack of evidence.

Weirdness! Not sure why anyone would want to do that!
