PSA Tall Boy holder size confusion?!?!?

On the PSA website under "Cards and Tickets That PSA Grades," it lists Maximum size for an item to be slabbed in a Tall Boy holder as 3 1/2" x 5 1/ 6" . Link (bottom of page for holder sizes) Is this correct or a typo? I wouldn't think five and one sixth of an inch would be their benchmark for the height limit of an item to be slabbed. Sixteenths, eighths, quarters or halves would be more appropriate, correct? What ruler divides an inch by sixths? I've been trying to find the max height of a tall boy item for some time, and I'm not sure I believe 5 1/ 6" to be correct.
Example: I have a 1947 -1966 EXHIBITS AL KALINE card in what I believe to be a Tall Boy holder; however, this card is clearly taller than 5 1/ 6". It measures approximately 5 1/4" with probably another quarter inch of space available. This leads me to believe the actual measurement limit for an item to be slabbed in a tall boy holder to be 3 1/2" x 5 1/2". Is this correct?
Any thoughts, comments, smart remarks, or am I losing my mind?

On this page it says "Oversized holder (Over 3-1/2 x 5-1/8") $10"

My scanner isn't working, so I stole this scan from the Registry section of the board....
^^Is this card in a Tall Boy holder?
My 1947 -1966 EXHIBITS AL KALINE card from this set is in this same holder, yet measures 5 1/4" tall with plenty of room to spare. Clearly taller than 5 1/6" or 5 1/8".
So if Tall Boy holders only go to a max height of 5 1/6" or 5 1/8", what size holder would these exhibit cards be slabbed in?
