Anyone else get a Topps coupon book?

Just bought a box of 2013 Topps at Target for fun. Inside was a coupon book. $1 off two packs of 2013 Heritage, $2 off a box of 2013 Bowman, etc. 7 coupons all together. Never seen this before.
