Anyone tried emailing Dick Osburn Rare Coins lately?

I have sent them 2 emails in the last month without a response!
1 message was sent through their "Contact Us" page on their website, the other was emailed directly to them.
I was just casually inquiring about a coin (or two), nothing super urgent, but I would have expected a response at the very least.

I'm just finding this a bit odd. I don't do much business with them, so I doubt I could be on some sort of "blocked" list.

I just bought a coin from them within the past week. When I called, the message did say that they would be out and any phone calls or messages would be handled when they got back, so maybe you caught them during that time. I've always gotten a response when I've done it on the actual coin page where it said "contact us about this coin".
