Some Phil Rizzuto card?

I had success sending cards in the early mid 90s to yankee stadium requesting autographs, I got a lot back, 92 bowman Rivera, Pettittes, and 2 jeter rookies. Searching my parents attic yesterday for these cards...I know they are there somewhere, I did find a graham loyd one lol, but zero luck with the ones I wanted to find. While looking for those I came across this...no clue how old it is or what it is, any input?
