This is for CPAMike!

A few days ago Peter Bria started a thread asking what 70's abd 80's wax you have. A number of board members posted some pictures of their collections. I took one look at CPAMike's photos and how neatly he had everything arranged and I was somewhat embarrased by how haphazard my collection was. My move to Florida was almost two years ago, but I had never arranged things in any logical order upon unpacking. So Mike, you shamed me into this! I apologize for all the pictures but I could only get part of the shelving units at a time.

If everyone opened all of their boxes, there wouldn't be any more pictures like that to exist...resist the temptation, lol..

I wouldn't let him alone in that room for 30 seconds. He is very dangerous to the well being of those beauties. image

Doug, if I'd known that was all it would take, I would have shamed you awhile ago. Great job with the set up.

I was immediately drawn to the GAI graded 1975 and 1976 wax boxes on the top shelf. Those holders are very durable and do a great job protecting the boxes, but they are harder to display. For things like that, it is a shame GAI went to pot. The closest you can get now is one of those shrinkwrapped boxes from BBCE.

Looking forward to meeting up with you again at this year's National.

    Awesome job!!!

Very nice Doug ... why didn't you tell me you collected '88 Donruss Wax. Wanna buy some more? You need a little more Red and Blue on that shelf!
    STAY HEALTHY!

    Doug

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.

Doug, everyone has 1988 Donruss. Most have decided to use it for kindling though.

Yes, rubber bands around piles of COA's. I've got WAYYYYY too many autographs from those shows in Albany, NY in the 90's. Trust me, never around my cards!

Thanks for all the kind words.
