The 1972-S BU examples are the Type 2 reverse. Does that make a difference?

Thats because the 72-S Silver Business Strike and Proof coins were all High Relief (Obv and Rev).
The high relief Obv and Rev designs were used on all coins from 1973 out to 1978. Why you do not think they look High Relief is unknown to me.
I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.
The name is LEE!

The 71 S comes in both high relief (proof) and low relief (silver business strikes). The reverse design was modified in 1973, but it is equally in high relief to the previous high relief.
