I finally did it! 100% complete for a while, but now 8.01 GPA! Long time coming!

My 1969 OPC Baseball set which I have completed 100% quite a while back now
has jumped over the 8 Grade Point Average! Still would like to improve it even
more!

Hope all of you can feel this sense of accomplishment as much as I have with
todays grades. I have been building this set for 11 years. Yes, truly a labor
of love!

GOOD LUCK TO THE REST OF YOU and if you need some advice on this set,
let me know. I would happy to help in any way I can.

I do have a second set (#3 Registry set) all PSA 7 that is nearly 75% complete
at this point as well, so I would be interested in trading this set for any higher
grades I need for my #1 set.

Thanks for listening!

    Great stuff, Tony!

But you surely know that your 1969 OPC set cannot be considered complete until you add an unopened pack to go with it image
I am actively buying MIKE SCHMIDT gem mint baseball cards. Also looking for any 19th century cabinets of Philadephia Nationals. Please PM with additional details.

Great job Tony. Finding high grade OPCs from that era isn't easy. Putting together a complete set in high grade is a major challenge.

Hey everyone THANKS for the kudos!

mikeschmidt: YES! If you have that bad boy, you better be offering it. See my #1 REGISTRY SET
under OPC Unopened packs-1965 to 1985!

Anyone that has questions about this set, please send me a note and I will help answer any questions
you might have, especially if you decide to start buying these cards!
(WARNING: Keep your bids to yourself on stuff I bid on! HEH HEH)

Here is a little tid-bit that I think I have mentioned before and I will display a scan at some point.
On the #166 "Kalines Key Hit Sparks Tiger Rally":

On the TOPPS version, the "K" on "Kaline" is slightly cut off on the left upright on that letter.
On the O-P-C version, the "K" on "Kaline" is fully printed on the left upright on that letter.

I am willing to bet that even some of the Kaline collectors were not aware of this!

It goes without saying that if you have any cards that would upgrade my set, I would be
    interested! Send me a note!

    Thanks,
    Tony
