VCP help: STAR sets

Does VCP report on STAR sets?

I'm looking for 86 Star Nolan Ryan in 9 and 10s and 88 Star Ripken in 9 and 10s. There may not be any history of 88 Ripkens?

Sorry, I dont see any star sets listed for either one.
