Question about garbage pail kids

Hi Guys,

I do not know much about garbage pail kids. I just purchased a very small collection and it contained what appears to be 1985 or 1986 garbage pail kids mini stickers. Unfortunately, I am not very technological so I cannot scan for you.

Were they made both years? Are they worth anything. They look like they are perfect and would grade PSA 9 or 10.
