I too was of the F-12 opinion, and after comparing this piece to other examples of this die marriage that grade fits very well. The only downside for this coin is the light rim ding at 1:30 on the obverse. I am not sure if the TPG's would Grade or Genuine it because of it; the rim ding doesn't show up on the reverse, so they may grade it if I were to ever submit it - they may possibly also net grade it down a grade, around VG-10, to make up for the rim ding.
