What do you guys use for scanning and uploading pics?

Looking to buy a new computer. I used to use an HP Photosmart 2610 printer/scanner/fax/copier and Adobe photoshop to scan my cards, and than re-size them to upload. After having a virus recently, I cant use the Adobe photoshop any longer. I decided to get anew computer and scanner/printer and wanted to get feedback from you guys as to what you use. Any suggestions?

I also use the Epson v300 (love it), edit my photos using an old version of Paint Shop Pro (version 7), then upload/host them with Photobucket.

I believe that was discussed a few weeks ago here. If I remember correctly the 300 would copy photo negatives. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
  • Thanks guys, this is a good start. I still want to see if I can get something similar to what I had, but I'll have to look into the Epson scanner.

Llafoe- Yes, the virus is removed, but damage was done. It erased many of my files, and disabled my scanning software. My consolation is that it was time for me to get a new computer anyway.image
