It is tradition, or policy (at PCGS too) to list only the Worst problem for a Multiple-problem coin

And everyone knows, there is no worse problem than a wipe of the surfaces on a 200+ year old circulated coin

Wow, ICG is never going to get respect with that kind of grading. I would be more willing to accept environmental damage than a cleaning.
