He does say the auto is handmade for design purposes only. But I wonder how many bidders read down that far and think they're getting a real auto?

Still, as said above "Copyright infringement, autograph forgery." If he made this for his own collection, fine. Since he's trying to sell it on ebay, he's breaking the law.
