Scored my first Chicle - what would it grade?

Stumbled upon this poorly listed specimen on ebay. First, I guess I need some reassurance that its real. The print pattern looks good and the back text is blue, not the reprinted green. It does have more gloss on the front than I would expect for a card of its age but I've never held a card from this set so maybe that's how they feel. Assuming its good, what do you think it might grade?

Definitely real, probably grade in the 4.5-5 range, unless that is a wrinkle/crease that I see in the middle near the football.
