Super Fast PSA Loggage....
![Dpeck100](https://us.v-cdn.net/6027503/uploads/userpics/805/nAB60TKZPCJ9B.jpg)
I am not sure if things are normalizing or it was just because I had the fastest service level written on the outside of my package but PSA logged my order incredibly fast.
I have been working on putting together a sub for a handful of months and sent off two separate orders.
The first being two collectors club renewal vouchers for cards that came back min size req and the second was 44 cards for the $6 special.
I have a wide variety of cards in the $6 special.
The package was mailed Tuesday morning from Winter Park, FL and when I checked this morning they were already logged in and in process.
I can only hope my grades come back as strong as this process time.

<< <i>very true, all one year pop in a few days always. >>
Would this hold true for non-sports as well? In other words, if my sub is all from the same release, is it likely to pop sooner?
I can't help myself but I end up checking the status constantly.

The second you see that screen populate your heart starts racing.
<< <i>I just had a package logged in after 15 days this week. >>
As a follow-up to this, my 45-day special sub was graded THREE DAYS after it was logged in! When I called to verify that the sub had been received, the customer service rep told me that PSA would make up for the slow loggage on the grading end. Boy was she right. I would describe the 11-card sub as accurately graded too. Kudos to PSA.
It would be more respectful to customers to just increase the turnaround times instead of this stuff.

I will let everyone know when it is logged in.

<< <i>When it takes 20 days to get grades on something you paid to pop in 10 days, are you owed a voucher of some sort? Do I call customer support for that? >>
PSA use to stand behind their turn around times many moons ago and give you vouchers if they were not dont in the time specified. Im sure vouchers are a think of the past. I feel for you my friend, seeing peoples 45 day subs pop in three days and im still waiting on my 15 "free" renewal subs that is currently over the time specified. Yeah its upsetting. I love PSA, but sometimes I have to scratch my head.

(in fairness, I did request a ship-hold for a week while on vacation during the wait, but that's really only 5 business days and only a small portion of the duration so far)

My December sub was received December 19th, logged JANUARY 3, and then the wait began. Meanwhile, I am seeing posts where people are getting logged and popped in the time it took me to just get logged. What am I missing?
And of course there are others who mentioned they sent under a quicker service and they're not getting their cards, but those on longer service times are. What happens from the time a submission is received to the time it is shipped out?
Received on 01/29
9 days about same as last two prior subs.
45 days due to pop on April 11th.
The wait begins.
Fortunately I have a 10 pack sub due to pop this month and a 30 card sub due this month.
So the wait will be broken up.
Good luck to all who have subs pending.

Late 60's and early to mid 70's non-sports
I was pleased with the turn around time.
Good luck on your subs guys.
<< <i>I have an order that I paid for express on (I am terribly impatient). I am on seven business days today, and no loggage yet. I won't send in at this level again. $35 a card is way too much for an order that is still going to take a few weeks to get back to me. Customer service told me that it should get logged next week...crossing my fingers. >>
Did you right the service level on the outside of the box?

I wrote 'express' on the box, and the customer service rep told me that I should have written '5 business days' instead. I doubt it matters...I think they are just really backed up.

Gotcha. PSA is doing huge numbers right now and in the bigger picture that is a good thing.
I am not sure if anyone has mentioned this but I see that PSA moved the wait time to 50 days on the lowest priced specials.
