1969 Chicago Cubs Team Signed Baseball (Need Opinions)

So someone wants to trade some of my memorabilia for a MLB baseball signed by 18 players of the 1969 Chicago Cubs, key players on the ball are Banks, Jenkins, Santo, Williams. It's been authenticated by Schwartz Sports. Below are pics...can someone put an estimated dollar value on this, and what is your opinion on the integrity of the autographs just by looking at it. Any feedback is greatly appreciated!

Well Schwartz is selling them on their web site...that should give you an idea as to retail value (although I think their price is crazy high):

As to the authenticity, I believe Schwartz had a group signing a number of years back and I would have no issue with the authenticity of the autographs on this ball. I just think 850 bucks is just way too much money to pay for this type of baseball. Myself, I wouldnt pay over 200 if I was in the market for it. While Santo is no longer with us, the others can be had through the mail or signings. There is nobody that is ultra rare on that ball.
I am on a budget and I am not afraid to use it!!
