Are there any shows in the Detroit area Feb 9th?

I am going to Detroit for business that weekend. The Gibralter shows aren't going on that weekend and the closest one I see is in Kalamazoo. Any other place I should check?

    No Gibralatar, no Redford VFW and the Royal Oak show is on Wednesdays.

    You could take a ride up Gratiot to visit one of the last card shops in the area. Ask John to go digging for the good stuff if you aren't looking for 1988 Fleer Padres team sets. He might also have some decent unopened stuff (I've purchased 1980 Topps Basketball, 1981 & 1984 Topps Football and 1984 Donruss from him in the past).

    non that i know of either ndleo the redford show is on superbowl sunday and the taylor show is this week...just like shotty said

    I'm not sure about card shows, but I bet you could find something to do at Bouzouki's in Greektown. My buddies actually ran into Justin Verlander and Max Scherzer there last year. Verlander was with his girlfriend, but oddly enough they didn't want their pictures taken. I wonder why... they must not have been acting like "gentlemen". image

    yeah justin comes downtown to motor city casino i have played poker with him a few times..im sure he didnt want to get seen at bouzoukis lol
