    With a population of 4, getting someone to sell theirs may be an uphill battle for you. I just recently got one to pop a 10, and had to be REALLY patient to find a raw one on Ebay that I felt was submittable. I have another raw one that may grade an 8 (at best). Raw gems are out there.....if you have the time and patience to wait for them. Good Luck.

    I had a chance to pick one up about a year ago, and I passed. Wish I could go back in time! You're absolutely right as they've been pretty non-existent on eBay for awhile now
