1962 Topps FB - Any of these worth grading?

I just acquired a very nice, clean set of 1962 Topps FB cards. I am enlisting the help of some of my fellow CU members to help me decide which cards have a chance at grading a 7 or higher. (Hopefully you can identify some as 8 worthy). The reason that I am asking for some guidance is that I am tired of sending in cards that I believe to be 7-8's and then become disappointed by getting 5's-6's.

Any help from the experienced experts is greatly appreciated.
Johnny Unitas

Tommy Davis

Roman Gabriel

Billy Kilmer

John Brodie

Fran Tarkenton

Clev Browns

Green Bay Packers

Also, I know that the Jim Brown won't grade a 7+, but I was also wondering what you think it might grade?

Jim Brown

Thanks for the help guys...

I would definitely send in the Unitas card, as well as the two team cards and the Tarkenton rookie. The others have centering problems and/or surface wear. I am currently working on the set, and the Unitas is a possible 7.

I agree with the above opinion. I don't think you have any 8s, but the Browns Team may "7".

    The Jim Brown in a "4"-"5" is a $35.00 - $50.00 card.

I have quite a bit of experience with these cards.....the Unitas should be graded. Maybe the Packers card; but the rest are not worth it. The Tarkenton is middle grade at best and actually one of the easiest cards in the set. The Jim Brown is fairly low grade and not really worth grading either.

'62s are prime candidates for recoloration, so I'd grade the Tarkenton rookie and the Jim Brown even in PSA 4 grade.
