"smudge" on psa card

I just got back a couple cards from 4 sharp corners and one of them has what looks like smudge or some kind of goup on the card in two different spots. The card is graded a PSA 10. I have a few PSA 10's that have this on the card. Is it possible that the card is graded with this crap on it, or does it just magically appear after the card is graded and slabbed?

Anyone have this issue?

    It might be on the slab (including the inside of the slab) rather than on the card.

    Can you post an image? Is it a smudge? Little spots?

    Unfortunately I can't post pics, I don't have a scanner. Maybe one day I'll find a way to post them and just ask again lol.
    they're definately not spots, the best way I can describe it is crud/crap/smudge
