In for Reconsideration.....and my Cert#'s are MIA

While at FUN, I submitted 4 coins in the OGH's for reconsideration.
Not expecting results yet since all were submitted under the "regular" service level, but for the heck of it I entered the certification numbers just to see what shows up and all four queries return that the certification numbers are not valid.
Are cert's temporarily invalid while a coin is going thru the regrade/reconsideration service, or might this mean that all four coins were upgraded and new cert's have been assigned and just not entered yet?
