  • Must have been around 20 years ago..............................

    Stan the MAN was here at a local card show (I seem to recall the autographs were like $10 or something
    ridiculously cheap like that!) and there were 3 of us standing around as MR MUSIAL was done with his
    signing at the particular time, so he said ...."Hey guys, wanna hear a lil' harmonica?!?!" We looked at
    each other and said "SURE!", he reached into his pocket, pulled it out and just started playing!

    We stood there stunned as we were witnessing one of the greatest of them all entertaining US
    whaling away on the harmonica! A moment we all will not soon forget!

    And, of course, just another example of another great "#6 OUTFIELDER"

    Tony, that is a very nice story. Thank you for sharing. Stan, in my mind, is now even more significant.
