Jenks Pedigree?

Does anyone have any coins or have you seen any coins with a Jenks pedigree? There was a series of proof sets broken up and sold in the 90's that were supposedly Jenks, but I don't know if they were slabbed as Jenks. Anyone aware of anything not a proof that has a Jenks pedigree, even darkside or ancient?

FYI, the original Jenks sale was by Chapman in 1921.

For our hosts, can you state whether you have slabbed anything with this pedigree?

Thank you.

  • There are plenty of Jenks coins out there. I don't recall of ever seeing that pedigree on a label as many were to other collections. If Bass, Pittman, Garrett, etc had a Jenks coins, the label would not state Jenks even though that is the provenance.

There is also another big time Jenks collector from back in the day as well so it's important to know which Jenks collection a coin was in if you're chasing one.
