    The nice thing about these forums is that you can have dozens, if not hundreds, of numismatic mentors.

    But I suppose if you have leanings towards a certain series or theme, you might want a specialist in the area you're interested in.

    I've been around the forums a long time and have messed with coins for the last 37 years, but I've never been a bigshot dealer.

    Ever heard the old saying about how someone is a "jack of all trades and master of none"? That's me. I know a little bit about a lot of different numismatic specialties but couldn't comfortably call myself an expert in any of them. I'm more of a generalist than a specialist.

    But if there's anything I can help with, feel free to PM any time. You're in good hands here.

    Heck, I've learned a ton here in the last eleven years, myself. We're all sort of mentors to one another.
