I just now got an e-mail from PCGS saying, "Your order 4637894 shipped via USPS." But when I go to my orders page and click on the details link for the order it says "There are no items available for this order at this time."

This is teasing of the worst kind!!!

This is normal, If you look in track submissions on the services page the grades will be there. It takes some time for the cert's to be available for the my orders page or the cert look up feature
