PSA Forms..

Just started to fill out forms for a new sub and noticed the area where you list the cards only goes up to 15 now and not 20.

I have about 150 or so cards to list and when I have larger orders, I go to that website that allows you to fill forms out for larger subs.

That has not been updated either. It starts at card 21

Any ideas so I have no gap?

  • When you to go that website fir extra slots/space just simply
change the number 21 to 16 on the URL address on top. If you look
closely at the address you will see it. In fact you can put any number in there
if you need a second page to continue. I've done it many times.

  • Yes, Dan is correct. I checked mine and it always continues with 26.

I have both the old forms that goes to 15 and new ones to 20. I always have to change it too.

Here you go tsalems1. This goes to 16. You can see 16 in the address which I did for you. Any number can replace that
and it will start off the form with that number.

  • I just make a bunch of photocopies of one forum and use those for subs with more than 20 different cards. Never been a problem for me. Printing forms off the website is though. I can never get the page to actually fit on one page. Now I just go through the process to get a new sub number and then copy it on to another sheet.

PSA emailed me an Excel spreadsheet. It starts with page one. PM me if you want a copy.
