It looks like eBay stopped displaying the Best Offer Accepted amount?

When I look at sold/completed listing with a BIN, the original price has a strike through and the Best Offer amount isn't disclosed. Did eBay just implement this change today?

    Just got the tip on how to fix it on another thread (question about VCP data): switch your URL to say ebay.ca instead of ebay.com and you're good to go.

    I don't see how this helps ebay. The main advantage to ebay is the open book nature of the process, this is a step in the wrong direction.
