1994 Leaf Limited unopened packs

I was going through some old cards, getting a package ready for Cards2Kids when I came accross 9 unopened packs of 1994 Leaf Limited. Price tag on the packs is $5.99. Are these packs worth anything? Are they worth saving or should I just rip into them? Looks like the key card in the set is the Arod rookie.

"Leaf Limited," or "Leaf Limited Rookies"?

If the packs are from "Leaf Limited" then there's nothing in the set that's worth more than a few bucks.

The A-Rod card was part of the 10 card Phenoms insert set that was packed out in the Leaf Limited Rookies packs. The Phenoms cards were inserted 1 in 12 packs. The A-Rod is the only card that's worth more than a few bucks in that set.


So I second the call for a "live rip."

Is it the "1994 Leaf Limited Rookie Phenoms"? Just looked and an "A-ROD" in a "PSA 8" goes for ~$125.00. A Manny goes for about $40.00 in a "10".

Here is a picture of one of the packs. They appear to be the 1994 Leaf Limited Rookies packs. Any idea what a unopened pack might be worth? Should I leave them unopened or do a live rip ??
