LBCAC, can anyone tell me about this firm?

I got a huge packet in the mail from a company called "Liquid Bullion Coins & Collectibles".

I skimmed through it, they mentioned something about "wanting to acquire 10% of all PCGS graded Morgan and Peace Dollars".

Does anyone know about this firm? Are they a scam, legitimate?

Thanks.

They're a real, legitimate company based in Houston.

  • Something that kind of worries me, how did they know I was a collector? I have never been in contact with this company. There was quite a bit of paper and other swag sent in this packet. This would not be something you would mail to every person in the US.

Like every other industry in the world, mailing lists are sold, traded and bartered. As long as you are on the mailing list of one numismatic company there is the chance you'll end up on multiple ones within three months.
