They seem off the radar screen. Are they not included in the population report data? If they are, how is that viewed.
It seems to me to be misleading in omitting the genuine graded coins from the graded totals.

i used to rant about this but backed off when it occurred that the numbers would most likely be superficially high due to massive resubmissions
