Venezuela beat then all to the punch.
It doesn't take 7 years to find several hundred tonnes of gold to give back to Germany. So there's much more (or much less) to this story that is not being told.
A number of big gold brokers would be happy to take on the task of getting Germany its gold and do it within a year.

Apparently so, if all the bulls are making up these falsehoods. Since Chavez already repatrioted his nation's 100 tonnes, I guess they are part of the conspiracy.
