Paitence has paid off, for once!

I have finally picked up a Rickey rookie at a decent price! I swore I would not pay over $300 for this card, it took a while, but paitence has paid off! I have seen this card going upwards of $399 lately, and many in the $300 to $375 range, so I was quite happy to pick it up for $267. The scan looks pretty good, but I do not have the card in hand yet, so my fingers are crossed!

Nice one! Great centering, which is key on this card IMO. Definitely got a great deal. I'm looking to get one myself and would have gladly taken that one for that price. Too bad I'm broke.

Awesome pick up. I made that same jump earlier this year. I also noticed this card selling for $399 quite a few times this in the past 12 months and so I needed to get it before it also went above the $300 range as well. One of my favorites in my PC also. Congrats

Very nice! After reading the price, I was expecting it to be a little OC somewhere, but that's very solid. I bought a nicely centered copy a few months ago and did indeed pay around $330.

Thank you all for your positive comments, I know what a tough (educated) crowd you all are, so it's nice to be reinforced on this purchase. On this one I did not ask for a back scan, partly because of the price, so I hope it is just as nice as the front.

This is also why I have, sometimes in the past, posted a card that I am really not 100% sold on to get your opinions. I try to be very strict within the grade, but sometimes paitence is not my BFF!
