Looking for the submitter of the Jenks 1892-1916 proof sets in 1992

I am currently writing a book on John Story Jenks, who in my opinion is a great inspiration of a coin collector in that he sought quality coins
and preserved them well.
In January of 1992, NGC received a set of 1892 - 1916 proof sets that are alleged to have come from the Jenks collection which sold on December 7-17, 1921.
Try to contact the collector who submitted the coins to NGC to verify they were from the Jenks auction.
In addition, would be nice to understand and present how the coins were stored for 70 years.
All information will remain confidential and only be used after approved.
Thanks
Kevin
