Kobe Topps Chrome / Kobe Topps Chrome NBA at 50?

Can anyone explain the difference between these 2 rookie cards of Kobe? Is there a difference in value? Thanks, Tom

The Nba at 50 is a regular Topps card foil parallel.

As Vlad said, Topps NBA at 50 were random parallel inserts in the standard tops product to commemorate the NBA's 50th anniversary. They do resemble to chrome but are actually foil cards, not chrome. There is a pretty significant difference in price with the Chrome being more expensive. Both are very nice cards of Kobe but the Chrome would be his undisputed, most desirable RC (refractor is not considered his RC in my opinion as it is an insert, same can be said for the topps at 50).
