Quick question about a PSA submission

I've subbed a couple of times before but always under a single special. This time I'll be sending in a larger order with multiple levels of service. Some under various specials, some that may not fit under any special, and some PSA/DNA. Here are my questions:

-Can I send it all in the same box?

-Do I just package all service levels seperately in the box with a different sheet for each one?

-Can I send balls and cards altogether for PSA/DNA?

-Would a Jeter signed RC (in EX cond) fit within the $250 and under special?

-Which service level should I write on the box, just the fastest?

Any other helpful hints would be appreciated. Thanks!
